  1. Talk

    Whether you’re interested in online coaching (more on that later) or personal training, it all begins with us connecting so that I can understand your goals and what you’re looking for out of a fitness routine. You’ll start by filling out this quick form (I’m talking 60 seconds or less). Once I receive it, I’ll reach out to you and we’ll talk more in depth about your goals as well as whether you’re trying to work out at home or in a gym, whether you’re thinking online or in-person or both, the frequency you’re hoping to work out and more!
    Following our conversation, I’ll design a workout plan just for you. For those who go the online coaching route, that means your workouts will be loaded into an app that you and I both have access to. In that app, you’ll find all your individualized programming as well as instructions from me and demo videos. You’ll also be able to log your results and leave comments and notes for me about each day’s workout. Remember, it’s all tailored to you, your goals, your preferences and what you have available to you!

  2. Tackle

    Once you have your plan, you’re ready to get to work! Since the program was designed with you in mind, you’ll be all set with what you need right from the start. But don’t worry; I’m not going anywhere. Each day, I’ll review your workout results, answer any questions you may have and leave you feedback. And with accountability being a big piece of Hype Man, if you ever miss any days, I’ll be checking in to make sure we can get back on track.

  3. Tweak

    Okay so you have your workouts, you’re doing them – now what? Well, we keep progressing! Remember, this is always a conversation, so we will adapt your plan as needed as you continue to gain experience. Ready to add another day of lifting? Going out of town and need something you can do without equipment? Wanna start training for a half marathon? Your programming is never locked in; we can change and adapt as your goals change and adapt!
