Why Glutes?
Why not?
I make it no secret that I love training glutes. A quick survey of my Instagram may make you think, “Why is this guy so obsessed with his butt?” And the answer is simple!
Glutes are the very foundation of our movement. As the biggest muscle in our body, they quite literally power us through life. Developing strong glutes will help you not only sqaut heavy but also live with increased mobility and power. Plus, glutes are stabilizers, and a juicy peach helps us keep our balance and protect us from slipping or losing stability.
On top of all of that, they just look good! A set of well-developed or well-“rounded” – glutes is obviously an aesthetic plus, but they’re also indicative of strength and dedication.
All of this said, at Hype Man, we’re always training total body, so while my speciality may be glutes, you can count on a comprehensive, balanced workout program that admittedly just might bias the booty.
