I’m Remy!
While I’m passionate about fitness, the workout world is a place I didn’t really dive into until nearly 10 years ago. Following a major health scare that had me in the hospital, I emerged with a renewed dedication to physical health as well as a spark for body positivity.
I began working out at a group fitness gym and eventually became a coach there. After coaching group fitness for over two years, I decided I wanted to find a way to work more directly with folks, so I Iaunched Hype Man Fitness in January 2024 with the goal of empowering people in fitness and helping them more specifically reach their goals.
The big “why” behind Hype Man is all in the name; I love to motivate people, to see them succeed and to be their cheerleader along the way. I think of the people who step into a gym wanting to make a change but just don’t know where to start – and that’s where I come in.
Through online coaching, in-person personal training or a blend of the two, I work with clients every day on their fitness journey using my knowledge, experience and certifications to help them achieve the results they’re after. Will you be next?
